Evaluation Before Purchase

Kyara Systems plugins can be fully evaluated in Emulation Mode before purchasing a license. This allows customers to test all features, configure the plugin, validate integrations, and verify compatibility with their systems and devices prior to deployment on physical hardware.

We strongly encourage all customers to thoroughly evaluate the software in Emulation Mode before purchasing a license.

License Generation

Each license is generated specifically for the system information provided during checkout.

Once generated, the license is permanently associated with that system and cannot be transferred or reused.

Customers are responsible for verifying that the submitted information is correct before completing their purchase.

Refund Eligibility

Because our software can be fully evaluated before purchase and each license is generated specifically for an individual system, license purchases are generally final and non-refundable once the license has been generated.

Exceptions

Refunds may be approved only if:

• The license could not be generated due to an error by Kyara Systems.

• The generated license does not correspond to the information provided due to our error.

• A refund request is submitted within15 days of purchase and meets the criteria above.

Incorrect Information

If incorrect information is submitted during checkout, the generated license may not function.
